Creative, energetic, lots of integrity, flexible, allows some work at home.

Cons

takes a while to work up to a good salary

Pros

The product is good and useful. I liked what i did and got paid pretty well (the bonus structure was unattainable). Most of the people were good to work with (with some exceptions). Casual environment.

Cons

Some toxic employees that made everyone else miserable. Bonus was team share so even if you did amazing you didn't get it because others wernt doing well (i heard that has since changed). Management seemed to side with them.
