We’re glad to hear that you’ve found the work engaging and the flexibility real, and have seen the opportunity to work with talented colleagues.
We’ve of course also noted, with concern, the issues you’ve raised, as the dynamics described do not in any way reflect our intended company culture - as you point out. It disappoints us to see that even one person would feel this way.
We take this feedback seriously and will double down our focus to better understand how we can continue to strengthen team dynamics and reinforce the values that matter most—trust, fairness, and inclusiveness for all. We believe strong leadership is not only about results, but also about creating an environment where everyone can do their best work and grow.
