Talking with people from all over the world, forming friendships with your learners, good support from Training Managers, work from home and flexible schedule

Cons

Low pay, lots of cancellations, no realistic bonuses/incentives, some times of year very busy while others are extremely slow, lesson standards are unrealistic and poorly defined

goFLUENT allows me to create a flexible schedule that doesn't interfere with my home life. I love that if an unexpected trip comes up, I'm able to complete my lessons from my hotel. I love meeting people from around the world and learning about their culture. It's like traveling from home. goFLUENT's training workshops and resources are informative and helpful. goFLUENT has a friendly atmosphere. The managers and support team are kind and helpful.

Cons

It's difficult to have lessons if you don't have good internet service.
