- Politics in team , their so called EMs will throw you out if you have different opinion or you doesn't do bootlicking like rest of the team mates. Ems don't do any work check their clickups all do they is how to push to your limit, and they get promoted every year atleast 30-40% hike while you who is working hard will get a mail" not upto the mark" . - Trust me you are required to work non-stop. Both manual and automation Unrealistick agendas. - HR's are not any help for employee. - Too much micro management , expected to work daily late nights .
