I joined their company for backend, they started giving me frontend and one day they misbehaved with me for doing under-performing work. The managers were software engineers of this company, I guess being promoted to managers made them egoistic. This company is most of managers's first company, hence they don't have people skills and they don't exactly know how it works to work with diverse team and handle a team. They don't even behave like humans, you'll always be depressed blaming yourself why you joined such company. They treat you like a slave and expect things to get delivered in very less time.
