Great amount of PTO annually and I love that they do floating holidays so you can take off the holidays that have meaning to you. Rapidly growing company. Great communication from the entry level positions all the way up to the CEOs. You will always be treated with dignity and respect ✊🏼 If you get bored easily, this job does not get boring as it is always changing which is a positive for myself. Work from home option which is great for a lot of people for multiple different reasons. (Transportation, social anxiety, family etc). Free health, dental and vision insurance for employee (High deductible)
Cons
The health insurance options are very pricey for very high deductibles when your family is included, but this seems to be an issue that is across the boards due to health insurance inflation so I don’t really consider this to be a flaw of the company by any means as the employee is covered at their expense at least.
