      Pros

      Our CTO is probably the best executive I’ve seen in my career. Very thoughtful and people centric. Focused a lot on developer experience. Our product team is very technical and I am happy that we don’t have pretentious managers driving product off a Cliff. The team has consistently delivered feature with crazy speed. Its Funtime remote work and the pay is above market.

      Incredible growth in such a short span of 2 years. Has the best work culture with open, inclusive nature of the founders. Supportive team members and various opportunities for growth. Provides environment to learn and grow from your mistakes which is best suited for anyone looking to take responsibility. - Remote Work - Incredible pay - Ample opportunities to grow and learn. - Will become market leader in its space.

      As a early startup, its been a rocketship with its ups and downs. Team is growing and so is responsibility leading to more demand of time which makes maintaining work life balance tough. Leadership is giving equally importance to these factors in coming days, so hopefully things will become better.
