- The management team used to consider the suggestions and always motivated/pushed everyone to have the ownership and work as per their feasibility and flexibility - Decent pay

Cons

- Front face they will be nice but this company made me realise, at the EOD they don’t care about people - Internal politics, retention interview went wrong, coding questions being picked from Leetcode. Not upto the level of the existing team.
