Pros

At the time of this post the people working and the overall feel of the work environment is amazing. The people are nice and helpful and everyone is open to helping out.

Cons

I would say at times it can end up feeling like a lot. You get used to it over time but the emphasis on maintaining superior product 100% of the time can feel daunting especially when your just starting out and getting the hang of things.
