growing pains of a new company claim to promote from within but many employees who want to move up don't underpaying some new members of the company (even though they can afford to pay more) Expanded too quickly Many people in corporate play favorites which leads to many people being fired unjustly or people being promoted even though they aren't ready VERY HIGH turnover, the highest I have ever seen If you are a GM or AGM, you are always working...
