      1. Working in i2e, feels empowered in terms of exposure and accessibility of leadership. 2. Talent is acknowledged and appreciated. 3. Leadership, management is accessible and always inspires you to be your best. 4. No micromanagement whatsoever. 5. Healthy work environment. 6. Doesn't matter if you are an intern, fresher, senior or manager, your inputs are always encouraged and listened well.
