      The work environment of the company is very good. I feel proud to be part of the company and good opportunity to showcase talent. Secret of Successful is workplace & cultures, which include open lines of communication, a clear organizational mission, work-life flexibility ,benefits And not to forget, fun and events. Company meets on all these key points.Organization always provide opportunity to learn new technologies by providing necessary training & understand the developers innovative ideas for projects.

      1) Very employee centric environment 2) Can approach management easily 3) No one stops you from learning something new, provided you meet your project deadline of course. 4) No spoon feeding here, so it brings out more from you rather than being driven by someone above you. Giving you a chance to learn at a greater pace.

      1) More leg room not available for me because i am quite tall 2) A better chair

      Pros

      They encourage you to learn new things regularly and not just stick to one technology, which is a great thing from your individual growth perspective too. There's flexibility in your work timings. If you don't misuse it, they even allow you to work from home for genuine reasons. The company's work culture and work-life balance is good. Amazing opportunities and projects are given to work on, irrespective of your experience. Overall, a good place to work at with lots of good people around.

      There should be more events in a year for team building and people's interaction.
