      Pros

      Too many products to market in different languages. (app available in 10 languages) Global target audience. Working on cutting edge technologies. (Augmented Reality, AI, Bots, iOS Apps, Cloud Computing etc.) Full support from management to try out new strategies. Good people to work around. Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Marketing team could be bigger.

      Pros

      1. Flexible timings 2. No dress code 3. Freedom to work on different technology and project 4. Chances of leading project when you have 1-2 experience and good communication skills 5. Monthly or quarterly events 6. Top Management is awesome. They happily invite and accept any new idea's from Employees.

      Cons

      1. I2E is fastest growing company and needs to change location 2. Canteen facility is not available and street food is hardly available near by company. 3. Meeting rooms are occupied most of time. As result Team Lead need to attend call from there personal phone and desk. 4. Social (FB, twitter, etc) and Media(Gaana,Saavn,etc) sites are blocked which basically means work 24x7 without entertainment. 5. Webex issue are very frequent. So as solution they will limit bandwidth on Video Streaming websites. (Ahh, Brilliant Solution..!!!)
