      Pros

      They encourage you to learn new things regularly and not just stick to one technology, which is a great thing from your individual growth perspective too. There's flexibility in your work timings. If you don't misuse it, they even allow you to work from home for genuine reasons. The company's work culture and work-life balance is good. Amazing opportunities and projects are given to work on, irrespective of your experience. Overall, a good place to work at with lots of good people around.

      Cons

      There should be more events in a year for team building and people's interaction.

      It's going be a year now with i2e. I started my journey on May 19. I am very happy with my decision to join i2e. I have learned many things from management in terms of giving presentations/technologies. *You get work-life balance here *good environment to work in. *We have 5 days working. *Flexible working hours. *HR keep on arranging fun activities so that employees don’t get bored with the daily routine life at work. * Picnics *Unique way of celebrating festivals. I hope to have many more years with i2e. If you are hungry for learning new things in terms of technology you should definitely join i2e.
