Pros
-The Partners are nice people who actually care about employees as human beings -This in turn, propagates a culture of nice people who actually care about each other and their clients -They genuinely want to do what is right for there client, the company operates with a high degree of integrity -Many opportunities for growth and to try new things both within your role and within other roles -Please don't spoil firms reputation by throwing fake reviews from last 2 years i didn't face any hostile work environment.
Cons
I've always been far too optimistic in my estimates, and it can put a lot of stress into my life, especially when you are a young programmer without the experience and self-confidence to tell bosses uncomfortable truths.
