      Pros

      The culture at i2e is very easy going and you won't feel like you are working for an Indian company. The leads and management are very approachable and easy to talk to. The L&D training helps to understand various things related to work. Help you learn new technologies if you are interested. Had fun at the camping trip to Pawna fun in-person events in Mumbai The manager never asks why you are taking leave and always accepts it.

      Cons

      Need to start hybrid working. A few days at the office are needed for people.
