Pros

Coworkers are amazing nice close-knit group

Cons

With no HR on site, this led to harassment in the workplace. Management is not properly trained and has blatantly disregarded harassment claims by not following proper reporting procedures. This led to a hostile work environment that was only fixed by me resigning from the company.

Pros

I worked with great Co-workers.

Cons

A couple bad managers, No raises, Benefits aren't competitive, Limited career advancement opportunities, Awful employee retention, They expect you to work on your weekend with very little notice, etc.
