Double time sheets need to be submitted if you are working via a vendor and monthly reports are needed to validate hours posted in their and vendors platform. HR reminders mostly come late on Friday (3 to 6pm) and due Monday. Would not issue company issued laptop or equipment but have expectations of getting things done by use of your personal devices including Teams meetings and multi factor authentication apps. This company is unable to retain talent and due to unfair compensation mostly people leave employment with them every 2 to 3 years. Mostly unable to reassign employee to another project after completion. Non technical people in management position looking to win projects providing technical solutions.
