Mostly everyone is friendly and great to work with. Owner is very friendly and cares for the well being of all employees, which produces a friendly work environment for everyone.

Cons

none that I can think worth mentioning.

Pros

iBASEt is a very team oriented, collaborative environment where everyone's thoughts and ideas are heard. Management cares for it's employees especially the CEO and goes out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable. Company makes every effort to make the right decision for products as well as people.

Cons

Sometimes typical company politics gets in the way of productivity though management takes an active role in trying to prevent it. I have experienced much worse at my last company.
