I have not yet begun my professional journey at iCIMS, but I cannot speak highly enough of the interview process, which is very thorough. It starts with two assessments to gauge your professional strengths, weaknesses, and personality types. Next comes a very friendly and in-depth phone screening that gives you an ample opportunity to ask questions and understand the ins and outs of the role you are applying for. I had an in-person interview with two different members of staff who were both very friendly, personable, and professional. They both put me at ease during the process, which involved great open-ended questions more geared towards both my professional and personal experiences.

From day one, iCIMS has provided a welcoming environment for new employees to learn and grow. Everything from the onboarding program, benefits package, amount of training offered, face time with senior management, fast-paced environment, friendly co workers, amazing culture and more has contributed to a wonderful first few months working at iCIMS.
