      Pros

      I truly enjoy working for this company. The Bellworks building is a great historical place to work.

      Cons

      They seem to be hiring outside managers. This can cause some problems because they are managing a job they do not know how to do themselves.

      Onboarding Program

      Pros

      In my first three months here, I've truly been set up for success. The company has a wonderful onboarding program in place, which gets each new hire acclimated to iCIMS' culture. I've also been fully integrated into my team and feel encouraged, motivated and driven to grow and perform.

      Cons

      There's a lot of change at iCIMS. Even in my short time with the company, I've seen quite a few pivots in my department's direction. I wouldn't necessarily view this as a con - it certainly keeps us on our toes. It's just something to keep in mind. Adaptability is KEY at iCIMS.

      Both the recruiting and on-boarding experience were excellent. Great communication and follow up by the Talent team. Highly engaged associates. Fantastic facility.

      Cons

      No cons. People and processes have been great.
