A new era, a new north star

Being with iCIMS the better part of a decade, I've been part of an organization that has grown 5X, expanded globally, and continued to focus on delivering products that help businesses bring in exceptional talent. As a talent acquisition professional, every day is an interesting blend of being a customer as well as supporting the growth of the organization. It is one of the draws that encouraged me to apply many years ago. The last year has been very exciting with the partnership with Vista, explosive growth and a new CEO joining the business. In less than a month of joining, Steve Lucas has grasped the reigns during a time which may be seen as one of the furthest reaching global crises for most individuals lifetime. In that short time, Steve has been focused, determined and genuine during every encounter with the employees and customers of iCIMS with his message of delivering a "care more" attitude with each interaction. If this is how he leads during a crisis, I am very excited to see what the future holds when everything stabilizes. The new north star seems very bright!
Cons
iCIMS is a very fast paced environment, which may not be for everybody. The business can pivot quickly. To excel in this environment, you must have an adaptable mindset and a focused approach to delivering results. Personally, I love those opportunities which have enabled my growth professionally and personally.
