Pros
In my first three months here, I've truly been set up for success. The company has a wonderful onboarding program in place, which gets each new hire acclimated to iCIMS' culture. I've also been fully integrated into my team and feel encouraged, motivated and driven to grow and perform.
Cons
There's a lot of change at iCIMS. Even in my short time with the company, I've seen quite a few pivots in my department's direction. I wouldn't necessarily view this as a con - it certainly keeps us on our toes. It's just something to keep in mind. Adaptability is KEY at iCIMS.
