Pros

The interview process has been quick and efficient. Everyone displayed a high degree of professionalism and respect for my time and were very accommodating. Corporate culture and team are very enthusiastic with a clear path and vision for future success.

Cons

No cons to report so far except the 401k contributions are low but the company is raising the match next year to 3%. Health coverage and costs appear to be in line with others. The buy up option is a little pricey but makes up for it in terms of coverage.

Pros

iCIMS was great before. The departments and teams were smaller. You could get acquainted with most people on the floor or division. There was a smaller company feel and it felt like you worked with a second family. There was a lot of support to help you learn your role and push you to succeed. There was also a great outlook for growth within one department or moving to another role. A nice, positive culture work hard and play hard. The location was convenient for most employees since HQ is in Central NJ.

Cons

The exponential growth and rapid hiring posed new challenges that still aren't resolved. Crazy company growth every year. Lots of turnover and having to always continually train new employees. The quality of the work atmosphere has deteriorated as upper management got restructured. Ever changing processes that don't benefit employees' workload balance or growth opportunities. Hard to determine where you stand regarding growth or improvement. An increased amount of favoritism with select few employees. More "red tape" added every few months and increasing micro-management.
