Nothing significant, growing pains are being managed properly

Managers and Growth- FAIL! ICIMS is not a fit for anyone with mid-level experience. If you are joining from an outside company with a few years experience, you will not grow here. You will be more experienced than your average 22-28 year old manager who started as an ICIMS intern and solely moved up due to longevity. You will be a threat to them so they will downplay your accomplishments and hinder your growth, which lies solely in that inexperienced individual. Marketing Department- OFFICE POLITICS! The marketing team is by far the worse department to apply to within ICIMS. Not only does it have the least experienced managers, and is the most overworked, but even the directors foster an environment full of favoritism and rewards for the most popular. Compensation- FORGET IT! You can expect MAYBE a 2% raise each year in marketing. MAYBE. Start at $35K and you won't break 6 figures by retirement. Stats- DONT BELIEVE ME? Ask HR during your interview for the numbers on employee turnover this year, specifically that of the marketing department where many have left without other jobs lined up. Advice- DONT DO IT! If you want to grow and be rewarded for your work, chose another company. Sacrifice the "free Friday bagels" for a company that is committed to your growth and retention.
