There’s very high turnover. Senior leadership also has a high turnover. Along with that there seems the be an inability to stay focused on one goal at a time. Culture is almost nonexistent, everyone seems to be trying to make it through the day instead of happy to be there. The atmosphere has crashed with all the huge changes in leadership, personnel and policies that all took place within a year. The company values exist but aren’t present in the day to day work.

Morale is low, majority of icims greatest have left, current staff not accurately trained, execs ignore turnover, salaries are getting cut if not just paying lower than average, priorities and focus of the company is not there for growth - more to hit a quota to outreach in a few years
