Pros

Great colleagues, so many things to learn. The company has open communication for the most part. Cool watching the business professionalize. The software isn't too shabby either.

Cons

Not everyday is rainbows. You are expected to work hard and overcome challenges, often on your own. Young company + growth = growing pains... and they can be prevalent at times. Big focus on the "bottom line".

Pros

You feel like you are part of a company that is going places. The leadership embraces Kaizan, the philosophy of continual, incremental improvement and if things are not going as planned, they are not afraid to tweak things accordingly. The company is innovating, blending Mobile, Social, Video and Big Data into the suite of solutions that are industry leading. The company asks a lot of their employees, however the rewards are there if you are good. A new employee development program will really accelerate an individuals personal growth aspirations. Everything is metrics based spanning customer growth and satisfaction

Cons

Can feel like a college campus at times, everyone seems to know everyone and there are silo's - its hard to break in if you are an 'outsider'. With Kaizan comes change, in personnel, processes, structure, things are continually evolving - good if you on the right side of that, bad if you are on the wrong side of the changes. With that said, if you are good there should be a position for you in. People do tend to be less vocal about the bad things for fear of getting fired.
