Management and Executives are clueless - most of the people above the level of individual contributor (managers, directors and most C level) need to be replaced. Most have little or no experience in management and the majority were promoted within (usually a good thing but at iCIMS it's really playing favorites). Always changing direction on a whim - hardly anything is planned out very well. It's usually change this today just to change it back tomorrow because the change made either doesn't make sense or isn't working. So much lost using this approach. Lots of turnover - specifically on the sales side of the house (including Client Relationship Directors since that position is a sales position). Despite the high turnover, if you aren't in sales, you don't really matter at iCIMS... Low pay - well below average industry salary.

Inexperienced C Suite. Only the "CFO" has held a job anywhere else. The CTO started as an intern while in college and has no real world practical experience. Same goes for the CSO and COO. The COO would be better as the head of sales - that's his passion and his forte. He knows nothing about being a COO and therefore the company doesn't have one. The "CFO" is the lawyer but the title of GC got in the way - so they made him CFO. Brilliant thinking. The CEO is a skilled sales person and knows his stuff. Problem is he gets into the minutia of the daily running of the business and that's not where you want your CEO spending his time.
