      Pros

      Strong leadership vision by all the executives that gets all the employees to truly buy in and work hard for the same goal. Great Directors leading the departments Bagel Fridays and flexible hours (depending on department and manager)

      Cons

      Sometimes they are quick to fire someone under performing and then sometimes they are too slow to fire someone who needs to go. There should be a better review process and team to carry out these decisions and not left up to the individual managers.

      Good place to start career and get experience; Bad place for someone with real experience.

      - Benefits are great - Retirement plan is in the works - Employees have direct access to executive team - CEO seems to really care about his employees - Employees can execute on their own ideas without a lot of bureaucracy and red tape

      Cons

      - Company lacks a strategy and organizational plan to sustain growth - Executive team (beyond CEO) has no experience; Acts immature - Lacks innovation - Takes existing competitor ideas and tries to improve on them - Employees have a feeling of entitlement that has no basis - seems to be learned behavior from executives
