There is a tremendous amount of nepotism. Also, many changes taking place due to such rapid growth it's hard to keep track of. Don't expect anything to stay Constant

C-suite is dismissive toward non-executives. They will talk behind your back in executive level meetings undermining any chance you may have to grow. No advancement from within even when abundantly qualified, but instead they bring in their friends from other companies and place them strategically. Overall, this is just a place where motivation and ambition come to die.
