Pros
Great atmosphere, location, perks, bagels, drinks. Low key working environment and jeans casual every day. Great technology, smart peers and colleagues. Friendly staff. Learning opportunities. Lots of growth and potential among the departments who are involved with the technology, IT, development, etc.
Cons
No growth in G&A- Beware! Unless you're already a manager of some sort ( Director, VP, etc) you'll never succeed or leave your mother's basement. Awesome group, but you are stuck unless they go public. Managers and Directors get big bonus's and promotions, which are very deserved. Sometimes the bonus is more than a staff level's yearly salary. While it's nice to see success and growth among people in your department, it's sad that the staff level folks struggle to make ends meet and are given false hope of growth.
