      Good benefits and a nice office

      Cons

      Massive turnover from C-suite to entry level. Management doesn't listen to employees and keeps making the same mistakes and expecting different results. Terrible at integrating acquisitions and no idea how to treat the employees or sell their products.

      Talented, smart, creative, kind people who love working together and love to get stuff done!

      Cons

      Being owned by private equity has put pressure on the company to act in ways they wouldn't have otherwise. Growth at all costs has its downsides, especially on product quality, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and ultimately the bottom line.
