      Like most companies around the US, iCIMS is facing some challenges resulting from the pandemic and the company had to make some tough decisions

      Pros

      Great owner, great location, great culture! The culture of the company is it's most important foundation. They truly care about their employees and constantly drive for self improvement.

      Cons

      I would've rated the company much higher, but they are going through a shift. Since they've been acquired, you can definitely sense a change in priorities. The type of people that have joined the company since are not the same culture fit as the older employees. The newer leadership is also helping to drive this change as they are only focused on driving sales.

      all my coworkers were really great ppl ...work was not tough and environment was mostly very fun and easy to work in

      Cons

      didnt realize until a few months ago how corrupt and shady a lot of management were...a lot of sales managers would do WHATEVER it took to get things done and even one wrote on a company email to embrace bad morals ...it was strange...also seen a huge turnover of ppl be fired for weird reasons mostly if they didnt outwardly appear to be part of the culture
