Pros

Decent benefits. Decent work/life balance. "Unlimited" PTO.

Cons

TONS of turnover in the last 12mo, particularly from top talent. Leadership seems completely clueless, celebrating "wins" on LinkedIn despite morale being at an all-time low. Middle-management has a lot of micromanagers/jobsworths. Heavy focus on sales and marketing, to the detriment of the actual product. Tons of resources are dedicated to the annual marketing event "INSPIRE" which is largely a smoke and mirrors event, promoting features that don't (and may never) exist. There's no career growth or opportunities to learn since a lot of the best talent has left. Your skills will atrophy here.

The benefits are great and the teams are amazing. Steve is an amazing CEO

Cons

However, employee churn is insane here and there have been no changes at the top as the bottom continues to fall out from underneath them. Recent changes to how we support our customers as its now being purely based off of their ARR is sending shockwaves through our customers. The transition of talent is mind boggling, as now AM's are expected to act as CSMs with no access to the tools they need or knoweldge about the products. I am sure this is just a season, but come on iCIMS you are losing focus on what made you great! People, Processes, and Product. They must all be integrated and be seemless for true success. iCIMS has great people and product, but processes are broken and its hurting the business.
