Pros

Talent Acquisition Staff was very engaging and consistent in their communications throughout the on-boarding process Interview Panel showed a genuine interest in learning about my skills and background as well as sharing information about the company culture and work environment to help me make an informed career decision Company website is robust-- was a great resource for company research and interview prep

Cons

Background screening check lagged, however, this was a result of the COVID-19 impact on local courts processing their requests with limited staff (not a reflection on iCIMS Completing employment verification process with third party vendor was not smooth

Cons

Things move quickly and priorities change rapidly, however, that doesn't have to be a con!

Pros

Excellent Benefits Flexibility to work from home when needed Stocked drink fridge

Cons

Paid less than most other companies for the same job Too much work gets dumped on us and the definition of our role changes daily where it is not clear what we should and should not be doing. Over processed with processes that do not benefit our customer base. Managers are never around to help (nor are the directors) Claim there is opportunity for internal movement, but the recruiters do a terrible job at following up when you apply internally. Consistently will need to reach out to the recruiters to see if they even saw my application. IF you are hired for one role and the role changes to something else you are forced into the new role with new responsibilities or your other option is to quit (you can try to move to a new role with the company but as mentioned above, that is few and far between to actually happen). Some departments are more cliquey than others, but you will find some people to still act as if they are in high school.
