      Pros

      Great culture and desire to improve. Profitable company with great products. Stability in senior management and overall market efforts are also advantages.

      Cons

      A very silo'ed organization that has issues working across departments. This has lead to disconnects between messaging coming out from company vs what is shared day-to-day.

      If you are looking for a place where you can develop your skills in a team-oriented environment, then this is the place for you! The marketing team is outstanding, the technology being created is incredible, and the benefits from the company are like none I have had before. Not only that, this a place where I come into work every day and feel appreciated for what I do for the business!
