- Understaffed almost across the board - Lot of people leaving (which is a red flag) - A lot of middle management (Manager to VP) not great at their jobs, due in large part due to inexperience - New leadership and upper management only care about going public and cashing in themselves - Not a pay for performance culture - Don't expect to benefit from company success

Where do I start. The iCIMS’ management system is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ve never been treated so poorly by my higher ups. Everything I was promised during my interview process was a lie. They don’t want to advance your career, they don’t value work life balance, they lie about diversity and use it as a “marketing tool”, management treats you as a number, and they play favorites so obviously it hurts. The amount of people that have left since I started there amazed me … at first, but now I fully understand. I would highly advise anyone who’s looking to work here to go look else where.
