      Great culture, not always great growth

      Pros

      I really enjoy the company culture at iCIMS. Monthly socials, bagel Fridays, etc. are all nice touches and I definitely feel like iCIMS wants its employees to be happy.

      Cons

      Layers and layers and layers of management keep being added to the organization. Not all aspects of the company are as "glamorous" or lauded as others.

      Strong leadership and very bright future in the market space. Challenging in every way offering great growth and learning opportunities

      Very high and consistently growing expectations which offers great challenge but occasionally leaves you struggling to achieve success.

      Pros

      True transparency and communication on everything at the company. There is never a question about where this company stands today, or where iCIMS is going in the future. They offer a good work/life balance, and many perks and reward opportunities.

      Cons

      As with any rapidly growing business there are some growing pains. Currently we are understaffed in some areas of the company. Although kudos to iCIMS for not rushing to hire just anybody, but ensuring we make the right hires for our company culture and who meet core competencies.
