      Pros

      The engineering leadership truly cares about people and growth. Good but not great benefits. Flexible for remote vs. in office. Well funded by private equity.

      Cons

      No idea where company is headed -- exec leadership provides cheerleading but no real data other than everything is critical. Process and metrics are overtaking new ideas and getting stuff done. Support and customer interfaces are in the toilet, and rapid growth will make this even harder.

      iCIMS has been, and will continue to bleed talent due to their refusal to properly pay and appreciate their employees. The "new" iCIMS under Steve Lucas is ultimately a toxic place to work where your hard work will not be valued. If you are looking to apply here, don't. If you are currently employed here, apply elsewhere! You will make more money and feel more valued almost anywhere else.
