I had a great experience working at iCode. The management was good and helped me do my job well.

Cons

The pay is decent for classes but for the summer camps, it's a bit less.

Pros

- The management is friendly and hours are flexible. - Decent job for a college student but you would probably need a second job outside of this if you need money.

Cons

- Terrible hours, told us we could expect 15-20 hours a week but it was barely 5 hours. Even as time went on, our hours never increased. Additionally, a lot of the time and money made went to commuting. - Lied about expectations, always overpromised things to the employees to string us along and never delivered.

The company is great overall and great source to enhance your skills even as a teacher since it helps you reiterate what you learned.

Cons

Some of the powerpoints they provide weren't so explanatory but they've improved on that
