This is a franchise so I cannot speak for other locations. The location I was employed at was “East Frisco” which also housed the corporate offices. Though during my interview it was conveyed to me that they wanted a good work/team environment and company culture. It was completely the opposite. It should have been a red flag for me when the front desk staff told me there were two recent directors, in her words, one lasted three days and the other a month. I stayed for the amount of time I did because I believed in the curriculum. Besides that horrible hours, no benefits, misogynistic, not a team environment, and inappropriate comments were made to female staff members.
Very unprofessional place of business with questionable practices.
