The company after 19 years, has changed their name to TruOI to better reflect their new real time Operational Intelligence software platform focusing on franchises and chains. Huge untapped market - major new national customers already signed. The company is pre-IPO. Stock options for all and all new employees work virtually. Quarterly parties for all team members at the corporate office.

Cons

Fast paced business environment - not a workplace for the unmotivated or unproductive. If you don't like change or want to move slow - this is the wrong place for it.

I worked here for 6 years and there were lots of ups and downs. As a small software company, it's an unbelievable great place to grow, learn, and make money. They're in the midst of transitioning to an exciting new brand that's in a niche marketplace. This market is striving for a solution that iDashboards has developed. You would be joining a new and exciting opportunity. The leadership, benefits, and culture are top-notch. Everyone wants you to succeed but you have to be a go-getter. I see the upward potential for this company. I left because a new opportunity presented itself that ultimately was the right decision for me.

Cons

Will take time to fully develop in the marketplace. They're in the emerging brand phase and need good sellers to penetrate the market. Small marketing team - need to be a go-getter and create good outbound for yourself.
