Pros

A lot has changed at iDashboards since last fall, all of which is positive. Here are some of the major changes: 1. The biggest thing is that now everyone sells every product. This is a huge change that will help provide better customer service and increase sales from the whole sales team. 2. New Director of Enterprise Sales that has reorganized the team and made sure that all territories and opportunities are completely fair across the board. 3. New Director of Marketing who is working on a consistent message and redesigning the web site. 4. Great new product features in the last upgrade including HTML5 for mobile platforms. 5. New comp structure for sales with a clearly defined growth path, stock options, and expected income spelled out in writing. The new plan is easy to understand and it's nice to know the path of success. All the other stuff that gets listed as a pro (great work atmosphere, flexibility, ping pong, etc) are all still part of the culture, but a lot of the negative stuff has been fixed.

Cons

Sometimes too many meetings with too little content. Use SharePoint to communicate the message.

Pros

iDashboards has been in the data visualization industry for over 14 years. They are a pioneer. iDashboards has brought on some extremely smart talent over the years and that talent is being realized today. We have resources that go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a customer is successful. iDashboards provides a white glove service to our customers that is unmatched in the data visualization industry. Now for the position, as an Account Executive, you are giving all the tools necessary to be successful. They spend money on new technology and have some of the best sales tools that I have used. The people at the company are friendly to work with and everyone has a busy life. Several of my peers are buying houses, having babies, getting married, etc. It's a great environment if you want to set goals and ACTUALLY achieve them. They are making great strides to better the software and bring on even better talent. The next couple years are going to be great for iDashboards! The reason for writing this review....bad reviews are usually resources that had one or two bad experiences and jump on social media for the world to hear. When faced with a bad experience at work, you either rise above it or figure out an alternative, more positive solution. There are great things happening at iDashboards and don't let the 1 or 2 star reviews spoil your opinion.

Cons

Two cons 1. Room for growth. The earning potential is there but if you are strict with management advancement then this would not be the best option. 2. Sales/Marketing Roles. Sales and Marketing do not work together well. This is changing and I expect it to get better prior to 2018.

Pros

Favorable family activities: Holiday party, golf outing, picnic, office olympics

Cons

Clique-based management. Employees judged based on the car you drive, team you support and if you do or do not ask questions. Very little coaching/feedback. One product company. View themselves as having a mature product. Not focused on growth nor training of employees.
