Pros
- Fun work environment with cool perks like going to events, concerts, meeting artists, etc. - Good starter job for those looking to get into the industry - Learned a ton about the industry - i.e. marketing specifics, promotion tactics, listener engagement, etc.
Cons
Overall hard work with little pay and market I was in was smaller so resources/money always seemed to come into play compared to when I would visit a bigger market city
