Pros

If the President likes you as a friend, you will go places.

Cons

The constant conversation is about layoffs. This week, leadership sent out a email about forcing employees back in the office (even those that were hired as remote workers). This comes in the wake of removing holiday early releases from the holiday calendar earlier in the week. Keep in mind that they still haven’t added back the 401K match post pandemic. To top it off, raises are not in the cards (see previous statement about layoffs). The CEO just got a contract renewal so it isn’t going to get any better anytime soon.
