Pros

You get entertainment experience and meet amazing people. You encounter so many different groups of people, I felt I became a better person afterwards.

Cons

Management will hear the side they want to hear. Not what actually happened. They're hypocritical. Theres a lack of work life balance. In the promotions department, you're expected to be available 24/7, and not get paid. Yet when you go to an event to gain experience, and to be a better worker, you get in trouble.

Pros

Upward mobility. Top AEs do make a lot of commission, and there is potential for that to grow quickly. Especially for sellers who are experienced in other media/fields, there is an opportunity to ramp up very quickly.

Cons

Training is really ineffective, and the management structure is constantly changing. There is a really high burnout rate for new hires. Internal systems are really complicated, and only make the onboarding process more difficult, although there have been recent efforts to fix this.
