Pros

From my experience with the hiring process, it was positive. It actually didn't involve anyone from HR, I was in communication solely with the manager hiring for the role. I liked that on my team, which I worked closely with senior leadership, they entrusted my ideas and did not micro-manage.

Cons

Benefits and pay aren't great. Company doesn't value promotions or raises. Worked there over two years and never received a raise, even though I was told countless times that my work was exceptional.
