Pros

None except maybe sometimes the other account executives are nice

Cons

1. Terrible work culture 2. Commission-based salary only and every year they will take more of your money 3. Don’t pay for anything required to do the job (car, phone etc) 4. Truly horrible management, no concept of how agencies work it’s similar to working with 40 used car salesmen competing against one another

Pros

Some of my managers taught me a massive amount and were super supportive and provided a lot of great guidance.

Cons

There is a lot of turnover within the sales team so it can be hard to keep up with the constant changing.
