Pros

Good benefits for full time positions.

Cons

Company has consistently dumped its’ local employees as it automates and outsources most of the required rank and file jobs to India and Mexico. It hasn’t conducted performance reviews since 2008 and never gives cost of living adjustments to pay. Workers are laid off after many years of service, and severance doesn’t reflect the number of years worked.

Pros

Great access to events, concerts, and any media fun stuff. Very fun job if you’re just out of college.

Cons

The commission structure is highly unfavorable. It's a commission-only role, and any skilled sales representative or experienced account executive wouldn’t tolerate a low base combined with a small commission, especially in an industry that’s struggling to stay relevant. Successful professionals expect fair compensation for their expertise, and this setup simply doesn’t meet that standard.
