Pros

iHeartMedia, originally known as ClearChannel, bought out my staffing contract almost immediately. Great with holidays and PTO.

Cons

More than a dozen of employees were also contract employees and ClearChannel/iHeartMedia never bought them out of their contract or hired them on directly.

Pros

None There are NO benefits or perks to working here. I am not even exaggerating.

Cons

No gas/mileage reimbursement (and you use your own personal vehicle to do your job) No effective or well trained leadership High turnover seemingly for every position but especially this position No perks or incentives Commission rate is terrible Base salary is unliveable, you must work an additional job Traditional cold-calling, door-to-door sales
